IMPROVEMENT OF THE PROCESS OF STRATEGIC PROGRAMMING OF DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

The paper discussed issues relating to the strategic development programming of regional agriculture, revealed significant points about not complete correspondence between the list of the main activities of some republican target programs of agricultural development, expected outcomes, indicators, targets and indicators. In the article the basic parameters of the republican target program «Social development of village until 2013» and found no clear relationship between the parameters of «Tasks: Program», «The list of activities», «expected outcomes», « Target indicators and targets stated in the Program « with the objectives of the Programme , which cannot reduce the effectiveness of its implementation. An algorithm study of the goals and priorities for the development of targeted programs in the region , which includes at least 9-10 steps to systematically study the state and regional strategic documents of the formalization of the objectives, priorities and targets (indicators) , which is planned to reach the target in the developed program.
