THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT TOOLS OF INNOVATIVE PROJECTS IN THE SCIENCE-INTENSIVE INDUSTRIES

The conceptual approach of quality management of innovative projects has been developed and theoretically substantiated, which takes into account the needs of stakeholders. The conceptual approach is based on the correlation of indicators evaluating innovative projects with the best achievements in national and international practices. The concept of «quality of the innovative project» has been disclosed in the science-intensive industries as a set of characteristics of the innovative projects, which allow the maximum extent to meet the needs of the state and non-state financial institutions, society and business with minimal damage to an innovative project throughout its life cycle, which complements the existing definition and includes an approach to the category of major stakeholders of innovative projects in the science-intensive industries. The system of quality indicators of innovative projects has been precised in relation in the science-intensive industries. The system of quality indicators of innovative projects in the science-intensive industries complements existing tools and innovative project management helps to identify innovative projects that respond to current trends in environmental, technical and socio-economic parameters.
