FINANCIAL ASPECTS OF SUPPLEMENTARY ANNUITY LIFE INSURANCE SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT IN RUSSIA

This article contains information about problems of supplementary annuity life insurance system development and perfection in Russia in terms of ongoing programs. The reasons of the low people involvement in non-State pension funds and private asset management companies are revealed. On basis of the overview, the principal trends are discovered in the supplementary (non-state) pension provision development in mature economies. Conditions of foreign supplementary pension effective performance are given. Good examples of the corporate retirement benefit scheme activity and regional pension system in Russia are covered. The main problems of this system development in Russia in modern times are indicated.
