DEVELOPMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF MANAGEMENT OF STRATEGIC RISK MANAGEMENT AT INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

At the present stage of development of the Russian enterprises are widely used principles and methods of strategic management. However, as in any other kind of activity, in the process of strategic management of the problems associated with the uncertainty that arises as a result of the incompleteness or inaccuracy of the information used during development of strategies and their implementation and contributing to the emergence of risk situations. Thus, strategic decisions involve risk, the management of which should underlie the organization’s management. Reflected in article structuring of procedures for the management of strategic risks on the phases of managerial decision-making allows to form the system of the management of strategic risks with the release of 4 blocks: informational support, technology, organization and control.
