RESOURCE WEALTH AS A SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Oil and gas are one of the principal sources of the income of our country. They play a defining role in support with energy resources and the income of the Russian state, and substantially influences world energetic stability. In operation ranging on regions by the specified criteria is carried out. Taking into account ranging the clustering is executed. Further dependence of a bulk regional product on a level of development of extracting branch is analyzed, and then by means of regression analysis the econometric equations of considered dependence are constructed. Authors tried to connect a level of development of control of the region and structure of regional expenditures. On the basis of the received results, outputs are drawn on existence of «the Dutch illness» in regions of Russia.
