Methods of improving the effectiveness of management decisions in the joint venture structure is a procedure for effective management decisions, to develop recommendations to improve the process for effective management decisions, to develop recommendations to improve the process of decision-making and improve the efficiency of their implementation. The technique allows to organize the process, providing relevant information, based on an analysis which draws conclusions and makes recommendations.
