MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PROCUREMENT OF GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES FOR THE NEEDS OF THE BUDGET EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION BASED IMITATING MODELING

The article describes a system of models for decision-making process for the procurement of goods, works and services for the needs of the budget of the educational institution. The system model is built with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of public procurement of goods, works and services financed institutions. This system is designed for decision-making at the stages: deciding how to place an order, the formation of the schedule placing orders for goods, works and services, execution of the schedule. The role of the procurement plan in the formation and execution of the plan’s financial and economic activities (FEA) of the budget agency. The input to the simulation of the process of procurement for the needs of the institution are the data: the official site of the Russian Federation for ordering http://zakupki.gov.ru; plan FEA institutions; application of the structural units, the number of employees of the purchasing department, the time required for each procedure.
