TO THE QUESTION OF EFFECTIVE USE OF STATE PROPERTY AS PART OF REGIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Efficient use of public property as a component of regional infrastructure is one of the important problems of modern public policy. Business environment, human capital and other factors of territorial development requires quality management of public property. This paper describes a position that the regional economy should be analyzed not only as an economic space, but also as a space for innovation. Authors concluded that the parameters of the regional economy (knowledge) the functioning of the state property is assessed on such criteria as the degree of comfort and influence of small and medium enterprises in the national economy is confirmed by concrete examples. We consider the position of the government on the implementation of a particular problem in relation to the management of state property as an impact not only on this area, but also to the entire national economy as a whole. The analysis of annual revenue in foreign investments, supporting the basic characteristics of the domestic economy and territorial inequality raw specialization.
