THE FORMATION OF THE STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT MODEL FOOD RESOURCES

The questions relating to the strategic management of the formation and use of food resources in the stabilization and restoration of economic growth in the agricultural sector of Russia, the basic theory and methodology of the region´s food strategy, basic modeling parameters of formation and use of food resources. Reflects the need to develop effective specialized integrated development program of formation and use of food resources in the region, aiming at the realization of economic, social, scientific - technical, organizational, informational measures to create food resources, capacity expansion of the food market, ensuring the adequacy and affordability of food, except in emergency food emergencies by mobilizing the potential of its own production. The improvement seen in the introduction and implementation of efficient, cost effective strategic management organized by the industry, which will overcome the crisis and to ensure a stable tendency of growth of agricultural production.
