Статья рассматривает основные направления инновационного развития предприятий регионального уровня, проводится статистическая оценка инновационной активности предприятий Брянской области за последние годы в сравнении со средними показателями доли развития инновационного потенциала в России. Целью исследования является изучение показателей развития инноваций в отдельных регионах России с помощью проводимого рейтинга субъектов Российской Федерации по региональному инновационному индексу. При анализе данных инновационной активности Брянской области проведено исследование по динамике затрат на технологические инновации предприятий, по объему общего производимого регионального продукта и доли продукции в отраслях, имеющих высокие производственные технологии и научные разработки, по динамике индексов промышленного производства области. Основой инновационной политики государства и регионов в отношении малых предприятий является управление новациями с целью внедрения и использования ими результатов инновационной деятельности. Состояние уровня инновационного потенциала предприятия зависит от степени взаимодействия внутренних потенциалов предприятия, оказывающих влияние на качественные характеристики кадровых, научных, организационно-технических, маркетинговых, экологических, финансово-инвестиционных компонентов. Одним их важных направлений развития региональных предприятий является активное позиционирование области на международном и межрегиональном уровне с целью привлечения иностранных инвестиций и расширения инновационной деятельности в будущем. Региональные производственные и сельскохозяйственные предприятия нуждаются в государственной поддержке для развития своего научного и технического потенциала, для формирования инновационной базы предприятий с высокими технологиями, увеличения количества исследований и разработок в разных сферах науки и производственной деятельности.

The article considers the main directions of innovative development of enterprises at the regional level, a statistical assessment of innovative activity of enterprises of the Bryansk region in recent years in comparison with the average share of the development of innovative potential in Russia. The aim of the research is to study the indicators of innovation development in some regions of Russia by means of the rating of the subjects of the Russian Federation on the regional innovation index. When analyzing the data of innovation activity of the Bryansk region, a study was conducted on the dynamics of costs for technological innovation of enterprises, the volume of total regional product and the share of products in industries with high production technologies and scientific developments, the dynamics of industrial production indices of the region. The basis of the innovation policy of the state and regions in relation to small enterprises is the management of innovations in order to introduce and use the results of innovation. The state of the level of innovative potential of the enterprise depends on the degree of interaction of internal potentials of the enterprise, which influence the qualitative characteristics of personnel, scientific, organizational, technical, marketing, environmental, financial and investment components. One of the important directions of development of regional enterprises is the active positioning of the region at the international and interregional level in order to attract foreign investment and expand innovation in the future. Regional production and agricultural enterprises need state support to develop their scientific and technical potential, to form an innovative base of enterprises with high technologies, to increase the number of research and development in various fields of science and industrial activity.
