Целью проведенного исследования является оценка структурной дифференциации рынка медицинских услуг региона с использованием методов экономико-математического анализа и моделирования. В результате были выявлены доминирующие факторы в структуре рынка медицинских услуг, влияние которых оценивается посредством индекса структурной дифференциации в разрезе субъектов Приволжского федерального округа. Управленческие решения, связанные с корректировкой политики в сфере регулирования рынка медицинских услуг в субъектах Приволжского федерального округа должны основываться на анализе динамики индекса структурной дифференциации, связанной с изменением любого из доминирующих факторных признаков, так как корреляционная связь индекса структурной дифференциации с любым из этих признаков положительна и характеризуется высоким уровнем тесноты.

The aim of this study is to assess the structural differentiation of the medical services in the region using the methods of economic and mathematical analysis and simulation. As a result, the dominant factors were identified in the structure of the health care market, the impact of which is estimated by the index of structural differentiation in the subjects of the Volga Federal District. Management decisions related to the adjustment of policy in the regulation of the medical services in the subjects of the Volga Federal District should be based on an analysis of the dynamics of structural differentiation index associated with any change of the dominant factor variables as correlation index of structural differentiation with any of these signs of positive and characterized by a high level of tightness.
