Проведен анализ способности России к структурной реновации национальной экономики через призму модернизационных процессов страны. В данном контексте рассматривается состав необходимых ресурсов, ко¬торый оценивается на предмет количественного и качественного их содержания. Выявлено, что на данный мо¬мент экономика России обладает потенциалом для восстановления и обновления секторов народного хозяйства, однако имеющиеся совокупные финансовые источники, являющиеся платформой интеграции реконструкцион¬ных мер в пространство национальной экономики, не обеспечивают реализации пакета эффективных меропри¬ятий по обновлению экономики России, что требует порядкового их увеличения. В связи с этим приводятся подсчеты о необходимом размере денежных ресурсов, требующихся для пропорционального обновления стра¬ны, и предлагаются варианты для их аккумулирования и распределения в интересах модернизации государства
