В работе рассмотрена актуальность темы данного исследования. Проведен анализ структурных сдвигов ос¬новных фондов федеральных округов, необходимый для эффективного управления региональным развитием. Рас¬смотрен рост основных фондов отраслей региона относительно роста ОФ отраслей национальной экономики, а последних – относительно роста ОФ РФ. Проанализирована равномерность распределения ОФ по регионам с ис¬пользованием индексов энтропии Тейла. Показано, что неравномерность распределения ОФ РФ характеризуется большим отклонением ОФ богатых регионов, и в стране наблюдается существенный разрыв в обеспеченности ОФ богатых и бедных регионов. Для оценки степени концентрации ОФ в территориальном разрезе и в разрезе видов экономической деятельности рассчитан нормированный индекс Герфиндаля – Хиршманна. Проведен анализ регио¬нов РФ по степени экономической локализации ОФ. Сделаны соответствующие выводы.

The paper considers the relevance of the topic of this research. The analysis of the structural changes of fixed assets of federal districts, necessary for the effective management of regional development. Examined the growth of fixed capital industries in the region relative to the growth sectors of the national economy PF, and the last of the Russian Federation regarding the growth of RP. Analyzed the uniformity of RP by region using the Theil entropy index. It is shown that the uneven distribution of PF RF characterized by a large deviation of RP-rich regions in the country and there is a significant gap in the availability of RP rich and poor regions. To assess the degree of concentration of PF in the territorial context and in the context of economic activities calculated normalized Herfindahl – Hirschman index. The analysis of the regions of the Russian Federation on the degree of economic localization RP. Appropriate conclusions.
