Раскрыты основные этапы проведения функционально-стоимостного анализа в процессе оценки качества предоставления образовательной услуги по направлению «Коммерция»: постановка целей и задач исследования, выявление основных структурных элементов объекта исследования и их функций, оценка стоимости и качества выполнения функций, построение совмещённой функционально-стоимостной диаграммы, оценка полученных результатов для выявления диспропорций в ходе осуществления образовательного процесса, разработка рекомендаций по устранению выявленных недостатков. Установлено, что наибольший разрыв между значимостью и стоимостью реализации соответствующего элемента образовательного процесса по направлению 080300.62 «Коммерция» наблюдается в проведении лекционных и лабораторных занятий. В качестве одного из способов решения данной проблемы рекомендуется внедрение и дальнейшее развитие активных методов обучения и новых информационных технологий в образовательный процесс.

The main stages of carrying out the functional and cost analysis in the course of an assessment of quality of providing educational service in the Commerce direction are opened: statement of the purposes and research problems, identification of the basic structural elements of object of research and their functions, estimation of cost and qualities of performance of functions, creation of the combined functional and cost chart, an assessment of the received results for identification of disproportions during implementation of educational process, development of recommendations about elimination of the revealed shortcomings. It is established that the greatest gap between the importance and cost of realization of the corresponding element of educational process in the direction 080300.62 «Commerce» is observed in carrying out lecture and laboratory researches. As one of ways of the solution of this problem introduction and further development of active methods of training and new information technologies in educational process is recommended.
