В статье рассмотрен вопрос, касающийся роли процессов интеграции системы менеджмента качества в отрасли машиностроения. Рассмотрено и проанализировано понятие эффективного внедрения ИСМ в корпоративной среде. Проведен анализ необходимости внедрения интегрированной системы менеджмента качества, в компании, работающие в машиностроительной отрасли России. Обоснованы достоинства внедрения интегрированных систем. Приведены конкретные положительные и отрицательные стороны внедрения разработанной модели на предприятиях машиностроения. На конкретном примере рассмотрена система эффективного внедрения и работы на практике ИСМ. Разъяснены положительные стороны от взаимного сотрудничества крупных промышленных предприятий. Рассмотрены примеры взаимодействия промышленных предприятий разных отраслей. Выявлены финансовые выгоды от их сотрудничества. Представлены основные свойства и элементы новой системы на различных этапах ее интеграции.

In the article the question concerning a role ofintegration processes of quality management system in branches of mechanical engineering is considered. The concept of effective introduction of ISM of the corporate environment is considered and analyzed. The analysis of needing the introduction of the integrated quality management system, is carried out to the companies working in machine-building branch of Russia. Advantages of introduction integrated systems are proved. Concrete positive and negative sides of introduction developed model are given in the mechanical engineering enterprises. On a concrete example the system of effective introduction and work in practice of ISM is considered. Positive sides from mutual cooperation of the large industrial enterprises are explained. Examples of interaction the industrial enterprises of different branches are reviewed. Financial benefits from their cooperation are revealed. The main properties and elements of new system at various stages of itsintegrationare presented.
