Данная статья отражает результаты исследования, выполненного для достижения цели по получению представлений о влиянии развития городов на состояние человеческого капитала в регионах России. В целом работа проделана на основе статистической информации, описывающей особенности ситуации, сложившейся в восьмидесяти двух субъектах Российской Федерации. Суть данной ситуации отражена значениями показателей, объединённых в несколько групп. Показатели одних групп описывают итоги процессов развития городов и позиционируются в качестве объясняющих переменных, другие показатели – характеризуют человеческий капитал региональных социально-экономических систем и представляются в виде объясняемых переменных. К последним относятся показатели, оценивающие объём и качество человеческого капитала, интенсивность его прироста, специфику использования, развития и сохранения. Вся совокупность показателей исследована путём выполнения процедур корреляционного анализа, что позволило сформировать корреляционные матрицы и выполнить регрессионное моделирование. Таким образом, построены модели, которые отражают зависимость объёма человеческого капитала от количества городских поселений и доли городского населения; зависимость интенсивности миграционного прироста от количества городских поселений, сосредоточенных в регионе; зависимость количества городских поселений, существующих в регионе, а также доли городского населения региона и уровня безработицы в региональной экономике. А кроме этого, определено влияние удельного веса городского населения на интенсивность процессов сохранения человеческого капитала в социальной системе субъекта РФ.

This article reflects the results of a study carried out to achieve the goal of obtaining ideas about the impact of urban development on the state of human capital in the regions of Russia. In general, the work was done on the basis of statistical information describing the specifics of the situation in eighty-two regions of the Russian Federation. The essence of this situation is reflected by the values of indicators combined into several groups. Indicators of some groups describe the results of urban development processes and are positioned as explanatory variables, while other indicators characterize the human capital of regional socio–economic systems and are presented as explicable variables. The latter include indicators that assess the volume and quality of human capital, the intensity of its growth, the specifics of its use, development and preservation. The entire set of indicators was investigated by performing correlation analysis procedures, which allowed the formation of correlation matrices and regression modeling. Thus, models have been constructed that reflect the dependence of the volume of human capital on the number of urban settlements and the proportion of urban population; the dependence of the intensity of migration growth on the number of urban settlements concentrated in the region; the dependence of the number of urban settlements existing in the region, as well as the share of the urban population of the region and the unemployment rate in the regional economy. And, in addition, the influence of the specific weight of the urban population on the intensity of the processes of preserving human capital in the social system of the subject of the Russian Federation has been determined.
