В статье исследованы и проанализированы особенности развития таможенной логистики. В XXI веке актуальность данной темы имеет особое значение для управления импортом и экспортом. Цель статьи – проанализировать особенности развития таможенной логистики. В данной статье изучены потоки логистики и внешней торговли в рамках Европейской организации свободной торговли. Внешнеторговый поток приобретает цифровой формат, что позволяет минимизировать уровень контрабанды и следить за налогами при их строжайшем контроле и обеспечить защиту конечных потребителей в рамках внедрения единой системы отслеживания для стран ЕАЭС. В результате анализа установлено, что таможенный контроль международной перевозки товаров основан на общем техническом плане и сотрудничестве других соответствующих отделов контрольной службы для определения времени и последовательности каждой службы для выполнения своих прямых обязанностей. Отмечено, что перемещение через таможенные границы связано с использованием специальных информационных технологий для выполнения таможенных процедур. Подструктура компонентов таможенной логистики учитывает логистические характеристики таможенных процедур. Согласно Таможенному закону Таможенного союза, таможенные процедуры представляют собой набор правил, определяющих требования и условия использования и распоряжения товарами на таможенной территории Таможенного союза или за ее пределами. Сделан вывод, что целью таможенной деятельности является эффективная организация логистики и оптимизация процессов и таможенных операций.

The article studies and analyzes the features of the development of customs logistics. In the 21st century, the relevance of this topic is of particular importance for the management of imports and exports. The purpose of the article is to analyze the features of the development of customs logistics. This article examines the processes of movement of logistics foreign trade flows on the territory of the EAEU. The foreign trade flow is acquiring a digital format, which makes it possible to minimize the level of smuggling and monitor taxes under their strictest control and ensure the protection of end consumers as part of the implementation of a unified tracking system for the EAEU countries. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the customs control of the international movement of goods is based on the general technical plan and the cooperation of other relevant departments of the control service to determine the time and sequence of each service to carry out its direct duties. It was noted that movement across customs borders is associated with the use of special information technologies to perform customs procedures. The substructure of the components of customs logistics takes into account the logistics characteristics of customs procedures. According to the Customs Law of the Customs Union, customs procedures are a set of rules that determine the requirements and conditions for the use and disposal of goods in the customs territory of the Customs Union or outside it for customs purposes. It is concluded that the purpose of customs activities is the efficient organization of logistics and optimization of processes and customs operations.
